ORDER
At the post argument chambers conference with the Court on September 11, 1998, all parties professed a need for additional time to complete what they deem to be essential pretrial discovery. It appearing that they have now agreed to the length of time necessary, and having stipulated to a revised pretrial schedule to conform with the attached proposed Amended Scheduling Order, it is, this 14th day of September, 1998,
ORDERED, that the Scheduling Order of August 20, 1998, is amended accordingly.

AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER
In view of the considerable amount of discovery remaining, it is hereby
ORDERED by the Court on stipulation by the parties that each of the remaining dates fixed by the Scheduling Order, entered by the Court on August 20, 1998, be reset as follows, subject to further order of the Court:
1. Expert witnesses may be deposed in accordance with Paragraph 3 of Pretrial Order No. 2 on or after September 14, 1998, provided that no such deposition shall occur later than October 9, 1998.
2. The parties shall file their pretrial statements in accordance with Local Rule 209(b) on October 6, 1998.
3. Plaintiffs shall file the direct examinations of their witnesses as required by Paragraph 11 of Pretrial Order No. 2 on or before October 9, 1998.
4. The final pretrial conference shall be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 1998.
5. The trial of these actions shall commence on October 15, 1998, at 10:00 a.m.
