Notice of Appeal
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Loudoun County Library, defendant in the above-named case, hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from the November 23, 1998, Order granting plaintiffs' and intervenors' motions for summary judgment, denying in part defendant's motion for summary judgment, and entering final judgment against defendant in this action. Pursuant to the Court's Order of December 10, 1998, Rule 58 of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 4(a)(4) of the Rules of Appellate Procedure, this Notice shall not become effective until the Court disposes of all timely Motions for Attorneys Fees, or the time for filing such Motions expires with no such Motions having been filed.
